1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using IMEI Check, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

IMEI Check provides device identification from the IMEI/TAC, and paid checks for blacklist status, carrier and SIM-lock information. Results are compiled from third-party data sources and are provided for informational purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Query IMEIs you do not have a legitimate reason to look up (for example, numbers belonging to devices you do not own or are not evaluating for purchase).
  • Scrape, resell or automate access to the service beyond the authorized API in a manner that violates its usage limits.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

5. Paid plans and credits

Deep checks are paid and consume credits. Credits are purchased in advance and applied per check. Prices are shown at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable once used; unused credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if no checks have been run.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Blacklist, carrier and SIM-lock data comes from third parties and may be incomplete or delayed. A “clean” result does not guarantee a device is genuine, unlocked or safe to buy. Always verify against official sources before making a purchase decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMEI Check is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
